Returns

      • In its original packaging.

    • Gift cards and downloadable products are not eligible for returns.
    • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
  3. How to Initiate a Return

      • Reason for the return
      • Photos of the item(s) (if defective or damaged)
    • Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Refunds

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  2. Partial Refunds

    • In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items that are returned damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order is processed, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
  • If your order has already shipped, you may return it after it arrives, following the return process outlined above.
